ANARRES version 1 (Jan 2021) The code and User Guide for ANARRES v1 are for a basic version of the model; the code includes options to run two different aggregations of the GTAP database (version 6) these are only provided as illustrations - the aggregations are not fully consistent with the labels used for regions or sectors. All the necessary files are included in a single WinZip archive together with a User Guide (this is a draft document). In addition to the files required to calibrate and run the base model, a simple experiment file and basic report files has been included in the archive. We strongly recommend reading all the documentation for this model - the technical document, user guide and info at the start of the gms file - before trying to use the model. Failure to do so is very likely to cause problems for you. We anticipate never making any further changes to this base model - we are no longing using this model. However we would appreciate receiving information if users find any bugs in the base model (the experiment file is not a concern) so that we can make adjustments to avoid inconviencing other users.
